1. Agreement to These Terms

By creating an account or using PingLoops, you agree to these Terms of Service, the Privacy Policy, and any policies linked from the service. If you use PingLoops for a company, you confirm that you are authorized to accept these terms on its behalf.

2. What PingLoops Provides

PingLoops helps users manage clients, create follow-up campaigns, send follow-up emails, and collect testimonials. PingLoops does not guarantee specific sales, testimonials, response rates, deliverability, or business outcomes.

3. Email Sending and Connected Accounts

When you connect an email account, such as Gmail, PingLoops may use the access you approve to send follow-up emails on your behalf. Messages are sent as your communication to your clients, and you remain the sender of record for the content and recipients you choose.

PingLoops uses only the access necessary to provide the email-sending features you request. We do not sell connected email data, misuse your inbox data, or use your email account to send messages that you did not create, schedule, approve, or configure through the platform.

4. Your Responsibilities

You are fully responsible for your client lists, message content, sending behavior, and compliance with laws that apply to your use of PingLoops, including anti-spam, privacy, consumer protection, and electronic communication laws. You should only contact recipients where you have a lawful basis or permission to do so.

5. Prohibited Use

• Sending spam, unsolicited bulk messages, misleading emails, or abusive follow-ups.
• Using PingLoops for fraud, harassment, illegal activity, phishing, malware, or rights violations.
• Attempting to access accounts, data, systems, or features without authorization.
• Interfering with platform security, deliverability, infrastructure, or other users.

6. Data and Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining accurate account information and safeguarding your login credentials. You authorize PingLoops to process account, client, campaign, email-sending, and usage data as described in the Privacy Policy in order to operate the service.

7. Subscriptions, Billing, and Refunds

Paid access is billed according to the plan selected at checkout. Refund requests are handled under the Refund Policy and are generally reviewed case by case within 7 days of purchase because PingLoops is a digital SaaS product.

8. Suspension or Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if an account violates these terms, creates legal or security risk, abuses email-sending functionality, harms platform reliability, or uses PingLoops in a way that may damage recipients, third parties, or the service.
