PingLoops collects information needed to create accounts, operate the product, and support users. This may include your name, email address, username, password credentials handled by Django authentication, connected email account information, client details you enter, campaigns, follow-up content, sent-message metadata, testimonials, usage data, device data, and support communications.

2. Connected Email Accounts

If you connect Gmail or another email account, PingLoops uses the authorization you provide to send follow-up emails on your behalf. We use only the access necessary for the features you enable, such as identifying the connected account and sending messages you create or schedule.

PingLoops does not sell connected email data, does not use your email account for unrelated messages, and does not use email access to send unauthorized communications. You can disconnect a connected Gmail account from your account settings.

3. How We Use Information

• To create and manage your PingLoops account.
• To provide client, campaign, follow-up, email-sending, and testimonial features.
• To secure the service, prevent abuse, troubleshoot issues, and improve reliability.
• To provide support, respond to requests, and communicate product changes.

4. No Sale of Personal Data

PingLoops does not sell your personal data, client data, connected email account data, or message content to third parties. We may share limited data with service providers only when needed to host, operate, secure, process payments for, analyze, or support the service.

5. Marketing Emails

PingLoops may send product updates, newsletters, offers, promotions, and educational content to users. You can opt out of marketing emails by using an unsubscribe link where provided or by contacting us. We may still send transactional or account-related messages needed to operate the service.

6. Data Retention and Security

We retain information for as long as reasonably needed to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, prevent abuse, and enforce agreements. We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.

7. Your Choices

You may update account information, disconnect Gmail access, request support, unsubscribe from marketing emails, or ask about access, correction, or deletion of personal data by contacting us. Some information may need to be retained where required for security, legal, accounting, or operational reasons.
