    Day 3

    Friendly check-in

Ask how the new site is settling in and catch small questions while the handoff is fresh.

    Keep the relationship open
  2. 07

    Day 7

    Testimonial request

Make a clear, low-pressure ask while the project experience is still easy to remember.

    Capture useful feedback
  3. 21

    Day 21

    Referral or repeat work

Reopen the conversation around updates, ongoing help, or someone else who needs a website.

    Create the next conversation

How do I set up my first follow-up?

Add the client and project delivery date, choose the default post-delivery sequence, then review and edit each message as needed.

Can I change the three messages?

Yes. The check-in, testimonial request, and repeat-work messages are editable starting points. You can adjust the subject, message, timing, and testimonial setting.

What happens when I connect Gmail?

You authorize a Gmail account through Google so PingLoops can send the follow-ups you schedule. Google may show its current app-consent or unverified-app notice during connection. PingLoops does not need your Gmail password.

Does PingLoops read or track client replies?

No. PingLoops sends through the connected Gmail account, but it does not read your inbox or automatically track replies. Continue those conversations in Gmail.

How does the testimonial request work?

Mark a follow-up as a testimonial invitation and PingLoops can include a one-time submission link. Submitted feedback is stored with the relevant client and campaign.
